Sonal Kavia, M.Ed

Sonal is a certified trauma-sensitive embodiment teacher, activist, speaker, and educational consultant who finds joy in the poetic imagination. 

She loves to support others in tapping into their inner knowing and outer radiance through present moment awareness and intimacy with the precious experience of life. 

In addition to her work with Cedar + Sage, Sonal facilitates inner development of educators and leaders in school systems and her integral leadership studies include training with Margaret Wheatley, the Presencing Institute, and the Demers Group. 

She is certified in “Personal Power” retreats and integral personal development coaching.

She currently lives in Saskatoon.
